Application Info
If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren), simply fill out the application and submit it online. We have a $35.00 application fee per child. This fee will be refunded if your child(ren) is not accepted based on our current enrollment.
Once your child is accepted, you will pay an enrollment fee $35.00 for your first child and $25.00 for any additional children. This fee is non-refundable and is an annual fee. We require several permission based forms to be completed before your child’s first day. We need a copy of your child’s immunization form and a current physical, or well child exam dated within the last 6 months.
To obtain the forms you need for enrolment, we would ask that you stop by our center to receive a quick tour if you desire, as well as a parent handbook with all of our policies and procedures. At this time we can show you where our communication board is, our sign in/out log as well as your child’s classroom and teacher.
